Create a users and a groups in OBIEE 12c

1. Login to EM http://hostname:9500/em/ and choose WebLogic Domain - bi

2. Go to Security settings and choose Users and Groups

3. Create new user

4. Select Groups tab and create a new group

5. Creating Link with a group and a user.

Return to User settings and click Group bookmarks 

Click on user and then click on group

6. Return to Security settings and choose Application Roles

Choose on Application Stripe - obi and click Search.  

7. Edit BIContentAuthor. Choose Type is Group and add BIContentAuthor

8. Return to Security settings and choose Refresh WebLogic Domain.
